When our cider, either for joke or by chance, met deep cold, we realized a particular event: ice crystals surrounded by an amber-coloured fluid, very flavorous, complex and powerful taste, at 12% abv.
It is a meditation drink, but it can be the perfect all-round cider. To be tried.
